Inspection before starting the machine

1. Check the fuel level of the excavator and drain the fuel tank.

2. Check the oil level and oil quality of the excavator.

3. Check the hydraulic oil level, hose and hydraulic oil quality of the excavator.

4. Check the gear oil level and oil quality of the excavator's rotary reducer.

5. Check the oil level and oil quality of the excavator's travel reducer.

6. Check the coolant level and check whether the water pipes are cracked or seeping.

7. Check whether the grease of the rotary mechanism bearing is sufficient.

8. Check whether the grease of the rotary large gear ring is sufficient.

9. Add grease to each pin and lubrication point, and squeeze out the old oil from the oil channel if necessary.

10. Check whether the engine foot pad is intact.

11. Check the tension of the fan belt and engine belt to see if they are aging.

12. Check the tension of the track.

14. Check the tightness of the bolts.

Inspection during operation

1. When the ambient temperature is lower than 3℃, turn on the preheating switch before starting the machine to preheat.

2. Remove the turbocharger oil inlet pipe before starting the machine and add an appropriate amount of engine oil to ensure the lubrication of the turbine shaft.

3. Start the equipment, run the engine at idle speed for 5-10 minutes, operate without load to make the hydraulic oil temperature reach 40℃, cycle all hydraulic functions several times, and then carry out construction.

4. If the equipment is not used for a long time, the thin oil layer on the sliding surface may be damaged. It is necessary to cycle the walking and rotating hydraulic functions 2-3 times to lubricate the sliding surface.

5. In freezing weather, turn the upper frame to 90 degrees before walking, support the track, and idle several times to shake off the dirt and impurities around the sprocket, supporting roller, and guide wheel.

6. Drain and drain the oil-water separator.
